Plank Matrix= continuous- low plank 40 sec, rt side 40 sec, left side 40 sec, high plank 40 sec
3 sets to max (as many reps as you can do in a set while MAINTAINING GOOD FORM)
Plank Matrix= 2 min continuous- low plank 30 sec, rt side 30 sec, left side 30 sec, high plank 30 sec

We will evaluate all athletes using these parameters at tryouts. Athletes can add their measurements to their scouting profiles for college recruiting.
